No Service - Back to Back Cruise
We did a 3 week back to back cruise from Lisbon to Venice booked through My Cruises. The first 10 days we were in a good cabin on Level 10, a lot, if not all Aussies that booked through them had to move cabins on second leg. Most back to backers on board did not have to move cabins mainly the My Cruises bookings. We moved to level 15, they had booked us into a cabin underneath the weights section of the gym, imagine having the noise and vibration from 6am to 11pm every day for the next 10 days!!! The ship was fully booked and we couldn’t be moved. I emailed My Cruises immediately to see if they could be of some assistance as they booked the cabin. It took them OVER A WEEK to get back to us, explaining there was nothing they could do. ABSOLUTELY APPALLING treatment and lack of any sort of service. Be very careful before booking with this company. If you say there is little you could have done, why did it take your company over a week to respond to us, strangely enough this leg of the cruise lasted 10 days. Absolute BS to say there was nothing you could do about it, YOU COULD HAVE CONTACTED YOUR CLIENT!!!! AND ALSO NCL to let them know how unhappy we were and you as our travel agent as well!
