Absolut unterirdischer Support

Absolut unterirdischer Support. Man kann nicht anrufen, man muss den Support per Mail kontaktieren. Wenn der sich dann meldet, braucht er eine Menge Informationen. Bereits vier Mal darum gebeten, die Uhr zurück zu setzen. Nachdem man sich einmal gemeldet hat, geschieht nichts mehr. Die Uhr ist für uns völlig nutzlos. Unser Kind konnte sie noch nicht einmal benutzen. Ich kann nur von einem Kauf dieser Uhr abraten.
