Awful communication

Awful communication. I have repeatedly chased for updates via email, but my queries have gone unanswered. I’m having to call all the time for an update. I emailed a formal complaint, only to be informed that it can take up to 28 days for a response. The sellers are on my case daily. Tried to explain this when I called but whoever I spoke to didn’t seem to bothered. I don’t have a chain and been waiting 5 months. Was told I should have been completed in February but still awaiting a completion date.
