Terrible - no product, no answer from customer service but payment accepted

I ordered some product from trufflemagic over a week ago and after I ordered I realised that I hadn’t received a confirmation email. I did however find an email referring to the payment and noticed the money left my account a few days ago. After numerous times trying to contact them, I have heard nothing. Not even a reply to my emails or any kind of hint to show that my order has been received/ the product is on its way. I then checked the website and it is now saying that they don’t ship anywhere but the Netherlands however it gave me the option to select UK when placing my order and says details about delivery/ ordering from the UK in the FAQs. I am extremely worried and just want to know what is going on (68231)
