I'm really upset
I'm really upset. I keep ordering on MrD only to get disappointed. The new MrD app update decided to use my old location when using current location since I live 2streets away from my old place. The driver called me to say he is at my gate(the wrong 1) and that his time ends there. A lady from MrD called me in a very dismissive tone to tell me I need to fetch the order at my old place to which I told her I don't have a vehicle at the moment and that is the reason I'm ordering online. She told me there's nothing she can do because it's unfair on the driver. Nevermind the fact that I'm always ordering only for restaurants to decline the order. I'm seriously annoyed because there isn't anyone I can hold liable, it's 11pm and I can't even go out to get something to eat. I'll definitely escalate the matter until someone acts on it.
