Highly unimpressed and regret moving in
When we moved in, there were numerous nails, screws, staples, wall anchors, holes, and chipped paint throughout the walls of the entire house. Every door had scuff marks or scratches at the base & handle. Two drawers in the kitchen and one bedroom closet still had items & trash from the previous tenants. Speaking of trash, both the recycling and refuse bins were overflowing with trash left behind by the previous tenants, as well as four full large bags of lawn clippings. We couldn’t put our own trash out for two weeks because of the amount of junk left behind. Lastly, the representative for Darwin didn’t even know which mailbox slot went with our house and told us to take our lease to the post office to find out what we were asking. I’ve never had property management be so uninterested in helping a tenant before, and just with something as basic as standard cleanliness and move in information. It hasn’t gotten better since moving in. We do not look forward to finishing out this lease and cannot wait to leave.
