I had a very frustrating experience with Taylor Rose Solicitors. Initially, they changed the solicitor after a month, then charged me significantly more than the original quote. The completion date was changed, and I was forced to stay in a hotel while driving 3 hours on the day. They charged me £900 more than initially quoted, and after a lot of back-and-forth, they admitted they made a mistake with the charges, even quoting the same price twice. Although I’ve been told I’ve received all the documents, I still feel like there are missing pieces. I’m also still waiting for confirmation on whether the Land Registry has been submitted. To make matters worse, after completion, I was charged again because they "forgot to mention something." Now, I’ve noticed faults in the house, and I can't get in touch with the developer as no contact details have been provided
