THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!
THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! I saw items on their website I wanted, and thought it was a great deal! Placed the order, no problem... until I received an email saying my order was canceled. WHAT?! So I emailed the email address listed for assistance, but wait, they can't help, I need to contact someone else. Okay. I emailed them, actually got a response quickly - very surprised. They say they don't ship "high dollar machines to a cargo company" (I'm outside of the US so use a cargo shipping company). Okay, no problem. I try again, say I'll ship to my aunt in NY and figure out the rest from there. The address I enter, they suggest some other address which I didn't choose because obviously it was incorrect. Anyways, they cancel that as well, at this point I'm so confused! Oh, when the order is canceled it says that it didn't pass the verification process. I say I'll try one more time (against my better judgment), figured maybe I got something incorrect in the address or something... they cancel the order AGAIN!!! Emailed for assistance as to why the last 2 orders were canceled- NO RESPONSE!! Very, very poor customer service. I will never recommend anyone to buy anything from here! Not even if it costs a dollar! They're absolutely ridiculous!
