AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! I have had nothing but problems with the two E-scooters I bought from this company. They spent more time in their repair shop than at my home, they tried to charge me to fix them even though they were dangerous (and still under warranty), the customer service is shocking and I am still waiting to be refunded even though I gave the second one MONTHS ago! I bought two E-scooters from Pure Electric and within weeks one had problems with the steering column, which was dangerously wobbly and almost impossible to control. I sent it back for repairs but within weeks it was in the same condition - and then the other one developed the same fault. Even though they were hardly used and still under warranty Pure Electric tried to charge me for further repairs and I had to argue that they were so dangerous that I was scared to use them or let my teenage children use them. I sent them both back barely used and asked for a refund and waited ages for one to be paid back into my account and I'm still waiting for the second one - almost two months after I returned it. Every time I ask where my refund is they say there is a 'technical problem' and so now I will have to go to the financial ombudsman to get my money back. Avoid, avoid, avoid - if I could give them NO STARS I would!
