Although I didn't get the outcome I wanted following a car accident, I would like to say a big thank you to the legal team of DLG services. But more specifically a huge thank you to Maryam Farhan-Quddusi who was with me all the way through the rubbish. Being a nurse and working shifts, I'm extremely hard to get in touch with, but she persevered and didn't loose patience with me, even when I forgot to reply sometimes. She gave me good, professional advice and was thorough, understanding and empathetic towards me even when I admittedly got angry occasionally.
