False Oversized money grab charge
Measured a car roll bar (120cm x 35cm x 20cm) and when entering dimensions I over measured and said it was larger than it actually was and it got collected and update said out for delivery and then get an email saying it's over their max size restrictions even though their website allowed me to enter it fine and said it was under their size restrictions and need to pay £20 to release it when the original cost was £28 so nearly double now even though it's within their size limits by quite a lot so it's now cost me £48 to deliver. Used loads in the past for car items and wheels but now they're bigger and greedier so won't use again and will share this across all the forums I'm in to avoid them in the future
