From the moment Matt walked through to value my house I knew they would be the team to sell my house. The best estate agents in Southport and I got a few values to compare but only felt confident in them. They got the price of the house spot on, marketed it well and everything was just taken care of. They made the experience stress free and were so professional. Nothing was too much trouble, their communication was excellent and all the office staff were so friendly and always got back to me. Cannot find a single fault or even recommend any improvements. The people that did the viewings were great and again informative, friendly and professional. Cannot recommend enough I’d give them an 11/10 if it were possible. Everything ran to time and they kept everything well managed in the chain. I cannot thank the team enough.
