I'm not sure where to begin with this…
I'm not sure where to begin with this review. I am in a 2 house chain and so far it has taken over three months to complete without an end in sight yet. Within the chain TR are representing the bottom of the chain (first time buyer) and myself. Not many issues my end, just the ubiquitous radio silence and lack of communication about what's going on. I get more info from the estate agent. TR at the bottom of the chain have clearly been on additional training to ensure their incompetence is performing above the threshold. 11th hour questions, "we can't exchange yet as we don't have the contract" the list goes on and on. There is a definite lack of interest in getting this massive two house chain completed. Personally, I think most, if not all solicitors are as useless as each other and have a god complex. Were it up to me, I wouldn't pay them. Moving has to be one of the most stressful things a person can do and it is ALL caused by solicitors. They act with impunity and have no care for the clients whilst they sit behind massive desks charging £350 per hour to shuffle bits of paper around. I will never use TR again.
