Harrogate IMO Scratched our brand new Lotus!!! The rollers have scratched the car and I specifically asked if it would the attendant said no definitely not!! He lied !!! Tried to call them several times no answer. £35 valet and result is a scratched car. Absolutely do not use this car wash they couldn’t care less about our hard earned 150k car. Furious !!!
