I bought about £400 worth of irrigation…
I bought about £400 worth of irrigation material from Water Irrigation during first lockdown. I did not find the products inferior but service and support was diabolical! This year I have had delivery of their LDPE supply pipe line and the quality is certainly inferior. In Fact it is so poor I will just dump it! Last year it was fine - supple and manageable as it should be but this year it is like plastic and kinks with such ease - useless. I did contact them to complain (email) and the reply came saying it was an improvement on last year. I've responded that they don't have to hoodwink me but look at their sales figures at the end of the season! Cutting corners on quality will hurt them dearly and they only have themselves to blame!
