Positive customer service experience
I’ve been drinking this protein for months and have always enjoyed it—especially the vanilla flavor. This time, though, the taste was off and didn’t match the usual quality. Initially, customer service wouldn’t let me return it or issue a refund, which was disappointing. However, after explaining the situation in detail, they did issue a refund. I really appreciate that they ultimately made it right. The grass-fed whey protein itself tastes great, is high-quality, and affordable. I just think their customer service could use some improvement. In the end, I commend them for resolving the issue.
