What an unbelievably poor experience
What an unbelievably poor experience! From when we first came across Cruise1st on Sky TV and then finding out about their YouTube channel and live stream, we were really looking forward to booking with Cruise1st. Their after sales service has made me never want to book with Cruise1st ever again. Even a manager call from ‘Lisa’ was appalling. She never even had the decency to look at our email chain complaint with customer service and gave stock, generic answers to our questions. Personal touch is non-existent and very poor customer service. I only ask that she goes through my email chain with customer service to see why we needed to complain and to answer from that. A poor service all round and a bitter bitter disappointment. I hope their calls are recorded and someone senior both looks at my email chain ASKING for help, not demanding as she mentioned in the manager call and someone senior also listens to the manager call.
