Pain in the a
1 -I have an elec smart meter but not sure if my gas meter is also smart.I trusted our invite to sign up for smart deals for both gas & elec, meant it is. So I signed up for both, yesterday.But today your access page for my a/c’s indicates i’m not signed up for smart gas. 2- Also, in response to your message to check that I’m signed up to manage the a/c’s online, i got reply saying my email address is already in your records (of course it is as I was a customer 2 or 3 years ago, before switching) so I can’t register…Does that maybe mean I’m already registered ? In short, your IT is much more complicated than it could be, & a pain in the a…
