Contact is non existent

I’ve tried 3 times to call, told they would call back. Nothing but able to email. My wife tried and has been told the same. I reached out on Facebook and my comment was removed and now blocked from the company facebook page, it was even a horrible comment. My wife has made an official complaint. Our solicitor again has just emailed me, it’s like they are allergic to the phone. My next step is to visit the office and not leave until I speak to someone dealing with my case or completely pull out and go elsewhere.
