Poor internally processes
I used the service to get the price of a car i was buying. I got a follow up email saying they tried to call me. I replied explaing and asked them to close the enquiry. At the end of the day I got the same email from a different person claiming they tried to call me. I again replied asking them to stop emailing. Next day I got the same email again, from a another different person, claiming they tried to call me so decided to post this negative review. Clearly they don't communicate internally Updated 29 jan Despite assurance this will stop the company continues to harass me with emails. Updated 30 jan And it continues Update 31 Jan Had a call from Mel who got this fixed and emails have stopped. Its a shame it took a negative review to make that happen
