Brilliant customer service and excellent agents
Jason from first contact was like a breath of fresh air. He was helpful and listened to what I was asking for. This is rare today - so often people are more interested in making a sale rather than making their client happy. He listened and having chosen our cruise offered us a cabin on a lower deck than I had previously been on. He needed to confirm everything with the Cruise line and the next day, even though it was his day off, he called having secured a higher deck cabin but he was concerned it was $100 more per person but included a $600 onboard credit per person - no brainer we took the option. He then spent time advising us about booking a hotel prior to the cruise. He said he will sort out a limo from the ship to the airport at the end of our cruise. So far as my experience of Panache and Jason has gone, I couldn’t be happier. Hopefully we will still be as happy after the cruise. My experience of Panache has been first class and I would happily recommend them.
