excellent customer service

I initially choosed a different insurance provider for my new car, in just 24 hours everything were problems and decided to cancel and go for a well known company. AXA confirmed my car insurance was available within minutes after completing the purchase and have since been brilliant with communication and providing information about the product I bought. I'm confident if there is an issue they will get back to me in a timely manner and support me. What a difference!
