Awful communication and complete lack of customer service skills.
Poor communication. We had a lesson cancelled and a credit was applied to the account days later we were then sent an email stating we would now be charged for this lesson. I currently pay via DD (i was then charged through my Credit card! for this lesson) No where had I confirmed I was happy for my Card details to be stored. I had to call 3 times, send multiple emails and fb chat messages before I finally spoke to someone. I was then told this catch up lesson would take place in February and only if I couldn't attend I would get a refund. Absolutely disgusted that this has happened if the lesson isn't taking place until Feb 24 I shouldn't be charged until then. I have also had to send a follow up email today as I still haven't had confirmation of this date. Seems they are quick to take your money however the customer service is awful!
