They don't even deserve a single star They don't even deserve a single star. Ive been with this bank for 20 years and after having experienced a few fraudulent transactions on my account due to my own silliness, the bank put a block on my card and re-issued me with another card. First of all, they should have been more vigilant with the transactions that seemed dodgy. They honoured all of those transactions without a fuss and then when I raised the alarm, they blocked my card for transactions that were set by myself and declined every transaction from there on making my life very difficult. I raised a case with them, which took them 3 weeks to get back. I get a text from Margaret Littlejohn saying that she is handling the case and gave me her number and also said that she will try calling me. I waited all day but no call received, so I decided to call her myself only being fobbed off by an assistant passing a message on. Laughable really. Not only was my case unresolved, she fobbed me off by saying that my case is now redirected to the fraud team. Hello...all I want is normal business with all of my transactions. Its my money and I will pay who ever I want. Why make my life so difficult.
