Great company !
I recently rented a car from BRC in Auckland and it was great experience from start to finish. Really nice helpful staff, a great car at a very good price. When I had a minor accident I notified them and when I dropped it off some weeks later they were pleasant and helpful. The manager said he would have it repaired and send me the documentation for my insurance claim quickly. He did and the repair bill was very moderate. All good!
