AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

After initially stating car would be ready for Monday. dealership ignored all communication. Received a phone call Tuesday to say that car would be dropped off Wednesday morning. Wednesday morning comes around, receive a call at mid day from 3rd party driver stating car would be delivered at 4pm, called the dealership to see what’s going on and they confirmed it would be here by 4pm 5pm comes around and heard nothing, call both dealership and driver, both give completely different stories( not matching) but I get told car will be with me by 7pm. I call aftercare and speak with staff member that tells me it will 1000% be delivered back today and not to panic, I repeated to ask to the manager to be told he’s “ busy” “ with a customer” when I requested to take things further he was magically free, he apologised for everything but promised I’d have the car back today and he would make sure of it. I even queried the fact that it was getting on and late in the day and I was told it will deffo be back today. Received phone call at 7: 50 to say that all dealership staff had gone home and 3rd party company were unable to load my car to deliver. Garage is full of false promises to its customers, worst experience I’ve EVER had purchasing a car. Communication is the most shambolic I’ve ever known. I’d be asking for a full refund if it was possible but reading reviews too many people been waiting months for their money. Trading standards/ citizens advice involved. Police shortly too. Time line ; Purchased car 14/06 Back on forecourt with issue 16/06 Told to collect 23/06 ( not then ready) Told 2-5 Days and ready for Monday 30.06.25 Messed around by 4/5 different people and false promises of deliver made 02.07.25 Still without my car. Update- approx 20:30 my partner recieved a call from a private number, it was Venu, apologising for all that’s happened and assured me the car would be delivered Thursday by a different company. Continued to make false promises and told me to give him until midday, if I’d heard nothing, call him. At approx 12:15 I called and after 20 minutes of waiting I spoke to a colleague who informed me that they’re still waiting on confirmation from the company that they can bring the car, to call back in 2 hours. At the point now of driving there myself and demanding a full refund.
