Refused to refund!
I subscribe a year plan yesterday and start not working today, contacted cs, she teached me few methods, still not working, so annoying and I wanna cancel the service as I saw there are 30days guaranteed money back, but she said "You can claim your refund witting the guaranteed period available on each subscription. To get your refund you need to contact us here and provide us a good reason to get it. We may refuse to proceed for a refund if we judge that we can fix the issue for you. Excluded from refunds: Missing channel - HD & 4K quality Temporarily buffering Temporarily not working channels EPG missing/ wrong Not able to set up our services ISP blocking No reason provided Slow internet speed" Now I can't watch anything but still Not refund to me!! Cs didn't answer anything now! Don't use it!
