NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE …
I joined Talk home mobile and ported my number it all went smoothly. When my number was ported over I had big problems making calls it would take 5 attempts to make a call , When people would phone me calls go straight to answer phone. When I done a live chat with Talk home I was told to adjust the settings which I did still no luck, I also noticed when making calls after 5 attempts the Internet would cut off. I again reached out to Talk Home live chat and was told they don't do VoLTE meaning no Internet connection when making or receiving calls. I've gone back to my old provider within 4 days of joining Talk home, This company is absolutely disgraceful, unable to make or receive calls is the minimum service I would have expected from Talk Home. I've missed important hospital calls, frustrated at redialing number 5 times to get connected. This is an honest review of a company that's not fit for purpose. Hope no one else goes through what I have been through with this disgraceful company.
