Didn't even turn up to a trial session
Organised a free trial session for 6pm, waited online for 10 minutes and there was still no one who turned up to the Teams call. I then phoned the number provided on the conformation email and no answer. What a great way to introduce your company by not turning up to the first session and no communication as to whether it had been postponed or cancelled. I hyped my son up all day to say he will be having a trial session to help his phonics and so when there was no one who turned up on the call, you can imagine the disappointment a 6 year old would feel. This is meant to be a company who help children achieve more and you can't even turn up to a trial session or answer a phone so what standard does this set for a child who is struggling with their phonics at such a young age?
