Avoid at all costs!
Avoid at all costs! Poor communication throughout our remortgage. Still waiting on completion and have incurred additional costs this months in interest because Enact have failed to complete on time. A week later I am still ringing them and getting nowhere. I have builders waiting to start work and unable to get any explanation or updates. Shocking customer service and communication from this company. Would NOT use again or recommend to anyone! Stay away!
