Happy to take your money but absolutely appalling post booking customer services- -no one rings back when they say they will. -conflicting information -even when made a formal complaint terrible time lapses in communication. -won’t use Titan again as they clearly do not care about their customers-maybe when everyone has moved to different companies they’ll get their customer service team in order. -not to mention the hour or two spent trying to contact them each time
