First cruise experience

The whole experience was amazing. Iona is a beautiful ship and the whole crew were very good. They clearly wanted to make it the best possible experience for the guests. Norway was a fantastic destination with mind blowing scenery.

Badly organised. Poor communication

Left over 50 customers waiting in the terminal. Kept promising a vehicle would collect. Vehicle drop off also poorly organised.
