There was very little good about this…
There was very little good about this ordering process. Despite being a returning customer, this was a most difficult process. A common theme was a contant telling me to check that my network provider had the correct details. My provider had all of the correct information, as I said repeatedly. First, the agent entered my date of birth wrongly, despite me giving a numerical day, the month by name and the year numerically. I was then informed that my network provider had combined my middle and last names into one name. I viewed my account and informed Mobile Phones Direct that this was not so and that there was nothing else that I could do. I then got an email stating that I had satisfied everything and that phone was on its way!!!!
