I can't stand it when you can't call to…
I can't stand it when you can't call to resolve an issue. I ordered some shoes which have two issues: 1) They're the wrong size vs my order 2) They have arrived with a mark on them, so I'm concerned if I return the order you'll send them back given other reviews say this has happened before I still want the shoes in size 8, but they're now out of stock on the website as I must have taken the last pair. However, the 7 UK is still available, and I think you have sent me this pair by mistake. I emailed twice yesterday, still no response. How do I go about exchanging the order when I'm unable to reorder my size on your website? Can you send me the pair in 8 please? My order number is 3000258836 If you're operating on a model that's online only at least offer a Live Chat service or reply faster - otherwise these issues will concern customers. Have a good day Final Edit: Issue was eventually resolved easily with a refund, however still too slow to respond so ordered the shoes elsewhere when you might have had them in stock. Reply quicker or have Live Chat and no business will be lost!
