I am writing this review to say a huge thank you to Spencer Howard for rebooking a holiday I had chosen that was not appropriate for someone my age. I called Broadway Travel to book a holiday I had seen online not realising it was in a party hotel and in the centre of a party strip. As I am in my mid 60s and investigated further I knew this was completely not my holiday type. After a few calls to Broadway Travel Spencer took me under his wing snd after numerous conversations and calls he rebooked our holiday to a traditional Greek holiday which is much more what I was after. I would like to say a huge thank to Spencer for working late sorting this out and for spending numerous hours on trying to help me. A lesson learnt investigate where you are going more thoroughly and the person doing the booking to ask more questions about what you are wanting. A hard lesson learnt on my part. Thank you once again Spencer for all your hard work and time spent it is very much appreciated and I am now a happy customer.
