Fraud/Scam
I paid €160 for The Dogtra Bark Collar & it was faulty & it didn't work. I returned the item express mail to receive my 30 day refund (€50 shipping fee). When I requested a refund they asked for my IBAN & would not refund my visa details. They issued an invoice for (2 weeks in advance) to lodge €160 into my IBAN on the 25th of August 2023. In the meantime they posted the collar back to my address on the 23rd of Aug 2023 with a replacement battery & they unknowingly cancelled my invoice. I contacted them to explain the device was returned to my address on the 23rd of August & they told me to return the collar for a refund. I contacted them a second time to explain my refund of €160 didn't lodge into my IBAN on the 25th Aug 2023. They said "Right, you have the collar now so just keep it or return for a refund". No explanation given why my refund was cancelled 2 days before payment due to a mistake made by their office. They returned the collar to my address & they cancelled the refund 48 hours before payment. They didn't honour the invoice they sent me & no good faith. I feel they will never refund me & continuously return the collar to my address. Cancelling payment through Bank. Fraud/Scam.
