Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. Tried their social media channels which have little to no existence, I have tried emailing numerous times and getting intermittent responses (that haven’t dealt with the issue I had!) Was told I’d get a response by end of 10th June and had to chase them up myself on 21st June with a response that didn’t answer my query. They may offer cheap prices, but their customer service is extremely poor and if things aren’t sorted I will be leaving.
