Great Customer Service!

I bought a C2220S Cello TV a few years ago for our spare bedroom as there is only a coax cable from a satellite dish in there. Apart from the dreadful sound quality it's been great until recently when it has been losing channels and would not reload them if rescanned. A five minute call to Cello technical support with the serial number an email containing the latest firmware update is on it's way... a further five minutes and it's all fixed! It's a great TV for the job and Cello's customer service is second to none! The only reason I cannot give them five stars is because of the poor sound quality which appears to be a common complaint.

Pile of Junk!

I hired a Citroen C3 AirCross (or similar) through Auto-europe for our holiday In Fuertaventura but on arrival at the airport was given a Fiat something or other wreck... after complaining about the general condition of the piece of garbage was told to take it or leave it as we've nothing else nor do we care! Negatives: • Car supplied was not similar to the one booked apart from it having four wheels! • Car supplied did not have an undamaged panel on it. • Car supplied had a vibration at anything above 80kmh probably caused by poor wheel balance or a damaged wheel. • Car supplied had covered nearly 75,000 kms (Most of them tough ones I would suggest!). • Car supplied was in my honest opinion a pile of junk. Positives: It didn't break down! Needless to add that I will not be booking with Topcar anytime soon! Addition to review... As is clearly visible, Topcar asked for full details of my rental following my somewhat unflattering review. Despite me forwarding a full and detailed explanation the same day so far (04/12/23) I have had no response. Topcar... Your customer service sucks!
