Great Customer Service!
I bought a C2220S Cello TV a few years ago for our spare bedroom as there is only a coax cable from a satellite dish in there. Apart from the dreadful sound quality it's been great until recently when it has been losing channels and would not reload them if rescanned. A five minute call to Cello technical support with the serial number an email containing the latest firmware update is on it's way... a further five minutes and it's all fixed! It's a great TV for the job and Cello's customer service is second to none! The only reason I cannot give them five stars is because of the poor sound quality which appears to be a common complaint.
