Appalling customer service.
Appalling customer service. Really expensive coat arrived with dust and water damage. Would not exchange and made me send back via post. When I asked if it would be covered if it got lost they refused to check or confirm. When I asked them to check, I got this response: "I am unable to provide the information that you are asking for. I need to know whether you'd like to print a label yourself, or have it scanned. If you do not wish to pick either, I will be ending this chat." Shockingly poor. Avoid at all costs.
