This is my second occasion to rent a vacation property managed by Turnkey. In shopping, Turnkey will always be my first choice. I appreciate the detailed information ahead of time about a variety of house related items. I also know that if there is any problem along the way there will be a Turnkey representative to begin to solve my problem. With other vacation rentals problem solving has involved the owner of a property, and that has not always worked so well. With turnkey rentals I have had to call about a couple of things and always received prompt and effective response.
