Experience whilst arranging replacement phone
08E74921D863B2 Contacted Grademobile after the refurbished phone’s screen I purchased failed to switch on. Contact was very good and responses quick whilst trying to sort the issue out. I was offered a repair, my money back or a replacement phone. Unfortunately there were no replacements of the same version and condition of phone so I had to pay some extra towards a replacement. This was the only negative as I felt it unfair that I had to pay extra towards the replacement when the original phone was broken within 3 months. The replacement came within two days, and we are happy with the experience with Grade Mobile.
