Do not shop there!!! I ordered a sweater with in store pickup in Sthlm, while their website says the product will be available in store to collect within 1h, I arrived to the store 6 hours later after ordering and the store was not even aware of my order, worst, it has been 3 weeks now and I still have not received any notification from the store to collect the product I ordered and paid for! I contacted their Customer Service to cancel my order and refund me money 2 weeks ago and until today they keep repeating to me that they cannot cancel my order because they cannot contact the store. Dysfunctional company, I am reporting this company to Konsumentverket, watch out!!
