Texting a survey question

We used Trumpia to execute a text-based survey. This was a new tool for us and there was a bit of a learning curve. Getting past some regulatory hurdles took about a month. Throughout the process, the folks at Trumpia were helpful and responsive. Our account manager Zach was very knowledgeable and ensured that our campaign was a success. Downloading responses was a quite tedious but apparently, they are working on improving this function.
