GMX Premium upgrade not possible
as mother company of GMX I repeat my review here. I want to upgrade to premium and it does not work. Why? I do not know, there is not even an error message. So, they want people to upgrade but are too incompetent to provide a working way to do so. Support does not exist. Of course there is no email support only an expensive hotline which as we all know does not mean that competent people work there. Their app also does not work anymore on iPad, it is known for months and they do not care at all. Tried to contact them via LinkedIn but even there it is only a dead mailbox.
