Board Gais customer care. they DONT CARE…
I am so annoyed I do not mind waiting on someone to answer the phone. Having rung customer care with an issue I was on hold for 43 mins then I spoke to someone who after 15 mins told me her screen was frozen. And she would transfer me to another person to help, I asked her NOT to put me back in the Q, she said she would transfer me directly but instead put me back on the Q, I am now on hold for 1 hour 28 mins and losing all reason. Customer care, “they Really Do Not Care about the customer”. Still on hold, still no closer to getting my issue resolved. Funny how they can't do enough when they are trying to get your business. Still on hold as i type and will probably be for the foreseeable future. Just updating was on for 1hr 57 mins was told a manager would ring, ypu guessed it, still waiting
