Amazing customer service!
I had ordered a beautiful winter coat in 2 sizes and decided to only keep the larger size, so had to return the smaller one. Initially I received a QR code to send my parcel back, however the store had a broken machine therefore couldn't scan the code and retrieve the label. Went to their online store, and explained the issue they immediately requested a UPS pick up free of charge and the advisor was top notch, friendly and professional!
