To my surprise, everything went swiftly and smoothly without any issues. Pickup took 5 minutes ! (I sent all the relevant documents via the web site prior to my arrival. This saves a lot of time and hassle ) . All I had to do when I arrived is type in the reservation number and get the car keys. I arrived half an hour early, so the guy at the office assisted so that we did not have to wait. I was requested to pay a deposit for fuel, which I have yet to receive back .
