The worst conveyancing experience I have ever had!
Terrible service, and I now risk losing the property as a result of the appalling levels of service by, Nikita King, my case handler. Getting a response from her is worse than pulling teeth and she has no shame with the fact that she is being paid to do absolutely nothing. Despite being chased, chased and then chased again her idea of dealing with her pursuers is to totally ignore them. Worse still, she even has a paralegal working under her who is as bad as she is. It is frustrating for me being caught in the middle of it all when I am just as much in dark as the parties that want information from Nikita King. I really wish that I had not been influenced by reviews that do not in any way, shape or form reflect my experience with this company.
