It is a low cost course and covers all the material you need to operate a commercial kitchen safely. It probaby took me 5 to 6 hours in total. It feels a bit repetitive at times and goes into alot of detail about legislation which you don't need unless you are going to be a lawyer. I found the test to contain quite a few questions which don't really test the general principles but your ability to remember specific acronyms or terms used (I am sure you never defined S.A.F.E on the course), and some questions on specific things which weren't covered on the course. But on the other hand it is not difficult to pass.
