I called customer service on Oct. 3 2024 and spoke with Tamika. She was wonderful. She answered all my questions and was very patient with me. Tamika also walked me through a testing on the watch to make sure it works properly. Tamika gave me information on the lock box that I hadn't thought about and I really appreciated her for that information. If I ever have to call back I hope I get Tamika!
